Picasa driving me nuts!?
I have spent all day uploading and trying to arrange some vacation pictures to Picasa Web Albums. I have them all uploaded and all, but I want to make a few corrections, such as renaming and moving and it is so hard to do easily. Is there an easier online photo storage place? This one had good reviews everywhere, but I think l hate it.

Flickr is by far the most popular. You get to upload 100MB of photos per month for free, so its better than Picasa Web Albums with a static storage limit of 1GB. The downside is you’ll be unable to view your photos full-sized (the largest you can view is 1024*768). And of course there are other limits:

Online Submission and Peer Review Systems $278.8 This report gives an objective account of thecurrent state of play of online peer review systems.
